Wellow and Plaitford Cricket Club has achieved Club Mark accreditation and recognizes that the club is in a position to develop and deliver high quality community cricket in a safe and friendly environment.
Club Welfare Policies
Wellow & Plaitford Cricket Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well being of all its members, and believes it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents, carers or guardians associated with the club should show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.
Members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns with the coaches or the Welfare Officer. This can be done using the following anonymous form, as well as contacting the Welfare Officer directly.
The club provides a safe environment for children to play cricket based on the guidance laid out in the ECB Safe Hands Policy.
These policies are also posted on the Welfare Notice Board in the clubhouse.
